Derek and Cassie chap. 4--No, really this time.

This medical career elder was at the apartment, so Cassie told her the news.

Cassie: "I'm buying baby shoes!!!!"

Medical elder: "Good job!"

 Then she told Derek. He wanted a girl right after she told him. It was a boy last time, so we'll see how that goes for you, Derek!

Derek: *excited*

They had their gig at Waylon's Haunt. Again.

 Cassie told Kirby the news.

 Ahhh pregnancy...

 Kirby seems to be everywhere haha. I discovered that she is childish.

Kirby: "Blehhh..." *rasberry*

 

 Matthew Hamming is kind of a jerk...

Derek: "Hi, I'm Derek!" Matthew: "I don't like you."

 It was there on the beach that Cassie went into labor.

 They had all been gathered around some musicians. Derek had joined in and didn't even stop when everyone else was freaking out.

Derek: "What's that, Cassie? Can't hear you over my smooth bass playing!"

 Even though she was in labor, Cassie still got a thrill out of seeing a five star celebrity!

Cassie: "I'm in so much pain! Wha...? Is that Matthew Hamming?!"

Hmmm I did not totally think this through. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll make it to the hospital! 

 Once again, Derek was not with his wife as she gave birth.

Derek: "It's so cold in there." -_-

  Grayson was born! Again! He has the virtuoso and light sleeper traits. And guess what his favorite color is? Gray!!!

 No, no! Don't take your infant on the subway!!!

Cassie: "He needs to learn now that life is not always pleasant."

 Still looking a lot like Derek.

 It's been a looong day.

 They moved into a new apartment the next day, the same one as before. This is the Maloney apartment. It's pretty much a basement.

It really is a basement. Some of the walls have newspaper for wallpaper lol but it works for now :)

Derek and Cassie chap. 3--the Twilight Zone

doo-do-doo-do doo-do-doo-do next stop, the Twilight Zone!

Cassie told Derek the news!

"We're gonna need a lot of baby bottles!"

 
The Far Out Yonder's had another gig. Pregnant lady on the drums!

 Cassie moved along in her pregnancy, and in no time...

Derek: "I'm not going to clean up, but it is dirty in here!"

 ...the baby was coming!

Derek: "The baby, the BABY! Aaaagggghhh!!!" Cassie: "Well, let's go."

 Really, you didn't think a taxi necessary?

 Derek took Cassie to the hospital, but didn't go in with her.

Derek: "Yeah, IDK; just don't like the smell. The walls are too white...meh."

 And a baby boy was born! He was named Grayson.
Even after just giving birth, Cassie is distracted by celebrities.

 Derek wanted to give Cassie a break, so he finished cooking the macoroni. Cassie was not impressed; actually she seemed pretty disgusted.

Cassie: "Burnt?! I'm offended by your lack of cooking skill!"

It's pretty obvious who Grayson takes after  :)

Daddy's boy!

Derek and Cassie moved to a bigger apartment the next day.

 Cassie went to a party at the Drama On TV household. Why is she wearing her bathing suit? It was a pool party. Why was it a pool party? I don't know because there wasn't a pool or hottub on the lot.

You watch yourself, Matty Crewe.

Still having trouble with the elevators, I see.

 Awww...

Derek is cursed with a never-improving body skill. He worked out four hours for an opportunity and the skill bar never went up!

Derek: "You mean I've been working out all this time and it hasn't gone up any?!!!"

Now here's the twist: none of this happened. It's a slightly alternate universe. After Derek was through working out, my laptop ran out of battery and Sims 3 went down. My progress lost! Oh well...

Derek and Cassie chap. 2--exploring the city!

Derek is moving on up...to more celebrity stars!

Derek: "They love me! I should get a trophy!" Cassie: "Hellooo? It's time to eat!"

Three stars now...

Cassie checked out Plasma 501. It is pretty awesome, in a creepy sort of way.

Cassie: "Well now I feel hunted." Me: "So play darts with them!"

She also checked out the basement.

Cassie: "I don't get the appeal, but I like the candles."

Far Out Yonder played their second gig. At Waylon's Haunt again haha

Derek, being the sim that he is, had a want to have a drink at four different bars. He got one at Waylon's Haunt, and then the second one from the Grind.

Hey, shouldn't that guy be dead by now? He was standing in those flames a long time...

 Then he felt like dancing! To the wall!

 One day he had some film work-handing out fliers-at this location:

 I think it's sooo pretty. And you can actually go in the globe thing, which has tons of butterflies and other collectable things.

Cassie loves to kick it up a notch. When it comes to cooking, that is.

 But what's this? What could make you feel sick?

Cassie: "Blech I feel terrible!"
